General Core Policies: RMP Powertrain Solutions' goal is to supply our customers with new and remanufactured products that are value priced and meet or exceed the O.E. product in quality, performance and warranty coverage.
- All RMP products are sold on an outright basis.
- Core returned must be the same as the product purchased, like for like.
- All core pick up requests must be called into our customer service at 1 800 257 7418.
- All core must be returned within 60 days of original sale. - Core credit will be issued upon return of the core.
- All core must be properly identified and tagged before pick up.
Ford & Motorcraft's new "No Risk" core return policy means accurate quotes for engine and transmission replacements are "NO PROBLEM." "NO QUESTIONS" asked. Just follow these guidelines and the return will run smoothly.
* 100% core credit will be given (regardless of damage or quality of returned core)
Cores returned MUST be same part as assembly purchased
Cores must be 100% complete and returned in original dunnage
